 Smiley

This is a great idea someone here mentioned. HONDA, take note.

We don't need different models of the CRZ. If these settings can be selected by the driver this would be THE car for everyone.

Eco for getting around town.

Sport for just having fun.

Competition for every bit of power the motor can make.

What worries me is tager

"Another that button is the accelerator."

Kit, right, F1 KERS or the like with a button? (Wishful thinking)
※ KERS: regenerative braking energy system temporarily used to accelerate by pressing the button

The rumor is equipped with a 1.5L i-VTEC engine. As the so-called no-horsepower sports car.

If there is a button just like KERS, in pursuit of the road and rising fast corners, accelerate like a sports car can be obtained.

Well, get care. Honda has visited the booth attendant would not tell me.

Found the above from a blog mentioning a "button accelerator". This is an interesting idea. First time I've hear of it was from you crz1nsider. The only drawback that I see from this is that the pricing will be on the high end to accommodate the different features into one model, whereas one can pay less for a basic model with less features/performance.

Is this technology available from any manufacturer for a currently mass produced vehicle or is it still only limited to the racing world?

Yes it is and only if the car had the power to use it.  Now I will hold my judgement until I get to test trive it and see how it handles but I must admit that I am quite leary now.

Electric engines are suppose to have power to get up and go but not top speed. So anybody on here looking to drag race should look elsewhere as in cars with BIG engines. The CRZ should do well in the turns where 0-60 mph time is not important.  NotWorthy

0-60 is the get up and go not a top speed indicator. We will know soon enough as the show is right around the corner and the Japan market release next month.  Once real people get the car all of the good and bad of the car will hit the web quickly.
